The emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has supposed a crisis in our national health system. Its rapid spread and the severity of the clinic have made the medical management of the disease very limited. Because of that it is essential to screen patients upon admission to hospital with an appropriate circuit to avoid contagion and the spread of SARS-CoV-2.
This is a protocol proposal, in the approval phase by the medical direction of the Severo Ochoa Hospital, for the screening of COVID-19 obstetric patients who are admitted on a scheduled and / or urgent basis for labor.
