Vía Aérea Difícil en un paciente con Obesidad Mórbida: Manejo

Como ya hemos comentado en la 1ª parte del este caso clínico, el manejo de la Vía Aérea en el paciente obeso mórbido es un reto para los anestesiólogos porque por sus características anatómicas y fisiológicas suelen presentar una ventilación manual difícil y una menor frecuencia de dificultad de intubación, especialmente en pacientes con Síndrome de Apnea del sueño y con predictores sugerentes de Vía Aérea Difícil.
