Abstract

Patient airway failure in any context may have catastrophic consequences. As a reflect and in order to reduce these issues, a large ammount of devices are out in the market not considering  legal quality regulations, nor efficacy and safety profiles founded in planned and controlled investigations. This availability happended to cause confusion in order to clasify these devices due to several numbers and models. However, intention to clasify and organize are working and so some authors recommend some interesting ways. 

The following described device is a video-laryngeal mask offering a brand new concept expressed in a bunch of options focused in a single device for the total airway different scenarios treatment.
