Abstract

The importance of legal responsability due to medical assistance has steadily increased during the last years so far, with a marked  increase in the number of claims and the ammount of money proposed for compensations.
This force to act with extreme caution and increases professional demands in the medical act, which has to adapt itself to new challenges about informed consent, access to intel and public records and patients' autonomy.
