Abstract

Obstructive Slepp Apnea Syndrome (OSAS) has a significant prevalence in the adult population. When this syndrome is not treated, it can produce severe consequences on patients quality life and health. The Drug Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE) is a technique that evaluates the upper airway of snorers and SAOS patients. It is used a pharmacological sedation to induced natural slepp. These findings help to decide the best treatment for each patient when CPAP is not considered or tolerated.
