Nefopam, ¿un aliado en el manejo del dolor postoperatorio?

El Nefopam parece tener un papel en la analgesia multimodal. Se le atribuye un efecto ahorrador en el consumo de opiáceos postoperatorios. Asimismo, reduce la incidencia de náuseas, somnolencia y escalofríos mejorando el confort del paciente durante la primera fase de recuperación.
