Abstract

Vesical hernia is defined as a portion of the urinary bladder that goes out through the orifice of a hernia. It is an unusual entity only  present in 1 to 3 % of inguinal-scrotal hernias. Diagnosis is base don highly-clinical suspicion and an image test. The case is pretended in a 43 year old patient with vesical hernia manifested in a left inguinal-scrotal mass relate to an obstructive urinary symthomatology with a need to press over the homolateral testicle to execute urination. The diagnosis was made through retrograde uretrocistography 
and ultrasound. Frontal, near and oblique x-ray evidenced vesical hernia nearly 40 % by the left inguinal conduct. In the post urination x-ray, it disminished in singe but without complete emptiness.
