How anaesthetic management affects in postoperative intracranial bleeding condition

The anesthesiologist can help to prevent the appearance of a postoperative cerebral hematoma. Gentle extubating, careful hemodynamic management and good communication with the surgical team are the keys to the success of neurosurgical interventions.
