Abstract

El uso de la guía ecográfica para la anestesia general ha ganado gran popularidad en los últimos 10 años. El presente artículo se enfoca en detalles prácticos y técnicos de los bloqueos nerviosos guiados por ecografía en adultos, basados en una revisión bibliográfica relevante de los últimos 5 años y la opinión basada en la experiencia de los autore. Para facilitar la comprensión del lector se han incluido fotos adicionales tomadas de The New York School of Regional Anesthesia y Ultrasound for Regional Anesthesia.
