Abstract

The telephone pediatric pre-anesthetic assessment consultation is a perfectly valid alternative to the face-to-face consultation, it arose timidly as a response to the current covip-19 pandemic, solving the most important problem: the spread of the virus. Over time, it has found a place in pediatric pre-anesthetic evaluation given the excellent results obtained (patient and staff safety, comfort, economy and saving time for the patient without a decrease in the quality of care). We discuss our way of proceeding.
