A pesar de que la desescalada antibiótica es reconocida como un aspecto importante en los programas de administración de antimicrobianos hay escasa evidencia de cómo debe realizarse en las Unidades de Cuidados Críticos. La presente guía, realizada por expertos, pretende dar respuestas prácticas acerca de la misma.
