1. Submission of texts to this journal, including graphs, drawings or illustrations (henceforth referred to as “the Works”), implies acceptance of the following conditions:

The author guarantees that the texts, including any graphs, drawings or illustrations (henceforth referred to generically as “the Works”), which they submit to any platform managed by AnestesiaR, an organisation belonging to the Spanish Anaesthesia and Reanimation Association, a non-profit association listed under number 592,532 on the National Associations Register, Group 1, Section 1, for publication in this journal or any other product deriving from it, as well as in any other publication by the Spanish Anaesthesia and Reanimation Association (AnestesiaR), are original, unpublished and authored by them, and that they have not been published previously nor submitted simultaneously to any other publisher for publication.

The author also guarantees, on their own responsibility, that they hold all exploitation rights to the Works, that the latter do not infringe the rights of third parties in any way and that, in the event that exploitation of the rights of third parties is required, the author has obtained the relevant authorisation to exploit them and to permit their use by the Spanish Anaesthesia and Reanimation Association (AnestesiaR).

Equally, the author guarantees that the Works submitted to the Spanish Anaesthesia and Reanimation Association (AnestesiaR) comply with the legislation on the protection of personal data. In particular, the author guarantees that they have obtained and attached prior authorisation and written consent for the publication of their manuscript from their patients or the relatives of the latter in the event that the aforementioned patients are identified in the Works or the information published makes them easily identifiable.

2. Transfer of exploitation rights

The author assigns to the Spanish Anaesthesia and Reanimation Association (AnestesiaR), with the right of assignment to third parties, all exploitation rights relating to the works accepted for publication in this or any other publication by the Spanish Anaesthesia and Reanimation Association, and, in particular, the rights to reproduce, distribute, publicise (including interactive transfer) and transform (including adaptation, modification and, where relevant, translation) for all modes of exploitation (including, but not limited to: paper, electronic, online, computer or audiovisual format as well as any other format, including for promotional or advertising purposes and/or for the creation of related products), for a worldwide territorial scope and for the entire legal duration of the rights as stipulated in the current Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Act.

Therefore, the author may not publish or distribute the Works selected for publication in this or any other publication by the Spanish Anaesthesia and Reanimation Association (AnestesiaR) either wholly or partially, nor may they authorise their publication by third parties without making express reference to the AnestesiaR Electronic Journal.
