Resumen

Las habilidades no técnicas (HNT) son recursos cognitivos, sociales y  personales que complementan las habilidades técnicas y contribuyen a la ejecución segura y eficiente de las tareas. Se presenta un resumen sobre su impacto en el manejo avanzado de la vía aérea,  las posibles dimensiones que las componen, escalas de medición, y estrategias de entrenamiento. Se realizó una revisión narrativa basada en búsqueda en las bases de datos PUBMED, EMBASE, CENTRAL.
